EasyCheck offers a website creation, design and maintenance service for professional purposes, targeting short-term rental owners, small businesses and freelancers, mainly in Portugal and Morocco.

The website creation service includes:

• Design and development of custom showcase websites
• Creation of blogs with SEO optimisation
• Google Maps, contact forms and online booking integration
• Monthly website maintenance (updates, corrections, improvements)
• Digital marketing services (depending on chosen plan)

The service provider commits to delivering the website within 7 working days after validation of the brief and receipt of client materials (texts, photos, visual identity).

Showcase Site Plan — €80/month:

• Showcase site up to 5 pages
• Custom and responsive design (mobile-first)
• Contact form + WhatsApp integration
• Basic SEO (Google indexing)
• Hosting included
• Monthly maintenance included
• Cancel anytime

Site + SEO Blog Plan — €200/month:

• Everything in the previous plan
• Integrated blog with 2 SEO articles written per month
• Google Maps, advanced SEO and performance optimisation

Complete Plan — €500/month:

• Everything above
• 4 SEO articles written per month
• Digital marketing (including Google Ads campaigns)
• Social media management
• Online booking system
• Dedicated account manager

The client may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty, effective at the end of the current billing period.

The EasyCheck website and all its elements (texts, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of EasyCheck. Any reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Regarding websites created for clients:
Upon contract termination, the client retains ownership of all content they provided (texts, photos, logo). The website source code remains EasyCheck's property while the contract is active. Upon termination, source files may be provided upon written request, under agreed conditions.

EasyCheck cannot be held liable for:

• ❌ Content provided by the client (texts, images, information)
• ❌ The accuracy of information published on client websites
• ❌ Revenue losses related to temporary website unavailability
• ❌ Malfunctions related to the hosting provider (Vercel) or third-party domain names
• ❌ Modifications made by the client without EasyCheck's agreement

EasyCheck commits to implementing all reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of completed websites, without obligation of results regarding SEO ranking or commercial performance.

The client may cancel their subscription at any time by email to contact@easy-check.app.

Termination results in:

• End of service at the end of the current billing period
• No refund for the current period
• Website taken offline within 30 days of termination
• Possibility to retrieve content (texts, photos) upon written request

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be attempted before any legal action. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the R.C.S. of Évry, France.
